PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Your registration will only be completed after we have received your payment.

For conference fee payment, please print and fill in the creditcard payment form, which can be downloaded from:

Please make out your payment in SEK.

IMPORTANT: Failure to pay the conference fee by August 31, 2007 will automatically remove your paper from the conference programme! 

 * Deadline for registration at early-bird rates: June 30, 2007 (Fee is 2,000 SEK) 

 * Deadline for conference registration for all: August 31, 2007 (fee after June 30, is 2,500 SEK) 


CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations notified before the 2nd of June 2007 will be refunded 80% of the fee paid. From the 2nd of June 2007 until the 20th of August 2007 only 50% will be refunded. After the 20th of August 2007, refunds will not be possible.


PAPER PRESENTATION

Participants can only present one paper, even if he/she has been the co-author of another paper. Co-authors can only present one paper. If you have co-authored a paper please contact Devrim Goktepe at Devrim.Goktepe@circle.lu.se.

If you have submitted more than one paper we will inform you later which paper(s) has (have) been accepted. 

 * Deadline for full paper submission: September 1, 2007

The final program will be available on September 10, 2007 

Please note that no changes will be made in the timing of your presentation in the final programme. Please avoid making travel arrangements that might prevent your presence at the time when your paper is scheduled for presentation.
